Hau Lani Hawaiian Shave Ice Cream of Va LLC is ready for your birthday party, corporate event, school function, youth sporting event,
wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, or any reason to celebrate. We will also do your fundraiser with a portion of the proceeds to the event. Our shave ice is a light and refreshing dessert for kids and adults of all ages!
Hau Lani Hawaiian Shave Ice Cream Mobile Menu Packages (minimum orders = $150)
$3 per person for shave ice only
$4 per person for shave ice with ice cream
Travel fee may be assessed for locations outside of a 20-mile radius of
Manassas, VA
Pricing includes up to one (1) hour of service time per every 50 people;
ex. 50 people = up to 1 hour of service time
100 people = up to 2 hours of service time
150 people = up to 3 hours of service time
Additional service time will be charged at a rate of $50 per half hour
Notes
All parties require a 50% deposit to secure your event and the balance is due
the day of the event. If your event is cancelled:
- 16 or more days prior to the event date, the full deposit amount will be refunded.
- 8-15 days prior to the event date, 1/2 of the deposit amount will be refunded.
- 7 or less days prior to the event date, the full deposit amount will be retained.
Acceptable forms of payment include cash or check (must be received 5 days in advance and payable to Hau Lani Hawaiian Shave Ice Cream of Va LLC),
There is a $35 charge for returned checks.
